Does the license ever expire?
We offer monthly, quarterly or yearly subscriptions. We do not sell lifetime license. We offer a full service, not only a software that you have to manage alone.
How can I update my credit card info?
To update your credit card details, simply go to "MyAccount" -> "My Plans" and click on the "Update Billing" link for the relevant subscription.
Can I pay my subscription with Bitcoins
We're accepting Bitcoin and other crypto payments. Once you are on the subscription checkout page, simply select Bitcoin and other cryptos under the payment method section as your preferred Payment Provider.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Just subscribe to a new Flexible Pack indicating the number of accounts that you need here: https://www.trade-copier.com/index.php/pricing/packs
The existing number of account in an existing Flexible Pack is considered when computing the new pricing, the more accounts you have, the less you pay per account.
Can I use several Masters for a single Slave?
Yes, you are allowed to use as many Masters as you want that are included in your paid subscription.
Using the risk factor you are totally flexible to define which master you'd wish to copy and to which slave with the risk of your choice.
You just have to click on "Add master" in the cockpit.
If you have reached the limit of available masters to add you can either:
1. Buy a Flexible Pack with the number of masters that you need, just subscribe here: https://www.trade-copier.com/index.php/pricing/packs
2. Use the Prepay Plan and make a deposit on your eWallet selecting the Prepay amount of your choice here: https://www.trade-copier.com/index.php/pricing/prepay
You will pay function of the number of order copied (0.05 EUR per order) and a Daily Fix Fee of 0.1 EUR per master connected is also charged. Then when adding a new master just assign the Flexible Pack or Prepay plan to it.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at anytime!
A payment done by Credit Card can be cancelled in our website dashboard. You can access this on the website by going to "My Account" then to "My Plans".
A payment done with Paypal or Skrill has to be cancelled in your respective Paypal or Skrill account directly.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
For the Flexible Plan, as long as you have not canceled your subscription, it will renew automatically.
For Prepay Plan, it works like prepaid. Once you have exhausted your Prepay balance, you will need to recharge your plan manually.
What happens if my subscription failed to renew?
If your Flexible Plan does not automatically renew for any reason, it will stay active for a grace period of 48 hours.
In the meanwhile, you can simply renew it by going to the menu My Account -> My Plans and clicking on the "Renew" link for the relevant subscription.
If you are still in the 48h grace period, the plan is shown as expired in the cockpit. If you have paid with a Credit Card the system will try automatically to charge your card every 4 hours. If you have paid with Paypal/Skrill, the system will not try again to charge your account, you have to wait until the end of the 48h grace period to renew the plan, or you can directly subscribe to a fresh new pack.
How can I renew my expired subscription?
To renew your subscription, simply go to My Account -> My Plans and click on the "Renew" link for the relevant subscription.
Will the FREE version of the trade copier copy the StopLoss and TakeProfit on the Slave?
No directly. It means that the trade copier will close the Slave position as soon as the Master StopLoss or TakeProfit is triggered. However, the StopLoss or TakeProfit is not copied (hosted) directly on the Slave account. With a paid subscription, the StopLoss and TakeProfit can be copied directly on the Slave account.
What happens if my "eWallet" is empty while I am using a Prepay plan?
You cannot copy/duplicate new trades (to open) from your Master(s) to the Slave that is using a Prepay plan. However, the closing of trades is always possible.
In summary, if your eWallet is empty and your Slave is linked to a Prepay plan:
- A trade to open a new position is not possible anymore
- A trade to close an existing position remains functional

What happens if I reach the daily or monthly volume/trades limit of my FREE subscription?
The FREE plan is limited in terms of volume/order per day and month. Once the limit has been reached, new orders will not copy anymore.
- A trade to open a new position is not possible anymore
- A trade to close an existing position remains functional
Here are the volume and orders limitations at the slave side with our Free Plan:
max daily volume: 10 lots
max monthly volume: 20 lots
max orders per Day: 20
max orders per Month: 50
To be able to continue to copy trades, you would need to subscribe to one of our plans.

2. Select your Slave and assign the new subscription to your Slave.
What are the FREE subscription limitations?
- With the FREE plan you can use 1 Master and 1 Slave, forever.
- The number of orders and volume per day/month are limited:
- max daily volume: 10 lots
- max monthly volume: 20 lots
- max orders per Day: 20
- max orders per Month: 50
- No TakeProfit and no StopLoss updates
Free monthly volume is calculated from the Slave point of view which resets every 1st day of the month.
Furthermore, the following options are not available with the Free Plan: Global Settings (server location), Whitelist and Blacklist, Global Account Protection, <!-- MT4/M5 --> Comment, SMS/Email Alerts, StopLoss and TakeProfit copy and updates and Pending Price updates.
